HowFastCanIType is a free online typing speed test that allows users to measure their typing speed in words per minute (WPM) and accuracy. The Service includes:

  • Sharing capabilities for test results

3. Free Service

The Service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, but the core typing test functionality will remain free.

Typing test results are provided for informational and personal use only. While we strive for accuracy, results from this Service:

  • Are not officially certified
  • Should not be solely relied upon for employment decisions
  • May vary based on device, browser, and network conditions
  • Are not guaranteed to match results from other typing tests

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Misrepresent your typing test results for fraudulent purposes

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HowFastCanIType shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data stored in localStorage
